Earex is used for the easy removal of ear wax. Ear wax is a natural substance secreted by tiny glands in the skin of the ear. Ear wax is important as it protects the ear from infection. Problems arise when there is a build up of too much ear wax and left for a long period it may harden, causing earache, dull hearing, itching or ear and head noises.
